Key Responsibilities
- Agree on project objectives and ensure they are met
- Act as a liaison between clients or stakeholders and our organisation
- Organise and manage the varied professionals involved in each project
- Uphold quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Recruit specialists and sub-contractors as needed
- Oversee accounting, costing, and billing related to projects
- Evaluate the success of each project upon completion
- Provide expert advice on project management best practices
- Utilise IT systems to track people and project progress
- Monitor sub-contractors to ensure compliance with guidelines
- Report to clients or senior stakeholders on project status
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software and other tracking tools
- Experience in overseeing accounting and budgeting within projects
- Capacity to recruit and manage specialists and sub-contractors
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
- Strong familiarity with quality standards in digital projects
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders and represent client interests effectively
